About a month ago I was pulled over and received a ticket for driving without insurance. I went to pay the ticket and the lady told me it was a misdemeanor. Is that on my criminal record or driving record? I'm also on probation for a 3 rd degree assault from 4 years ago will that violate my probation?
A. Driving without insurance will not be on a criminal record but will be on your driving record (drivers license). I can't image that driving without insurance would be a probation violation but asking on Y/A is not the best place to be asking that. Have you thought about asking the probation people? Don't you think they would know better than anyone?
